Proverb of the month: Use time and energy to make a plan, and not an excuse. Students who have been making excuses will need to submit a plan for completion of the course.

Time is precious. Try to integrate driving practice into your everyday life. Many of you have been doing this. Short trips concentrating on a few skills at a time creates the best practice. Most of student practice should continue in relatively low traffic areas for a couple years. A driver's license does not mean that the new driver should go to Burlington alone. Supervise and keep everyone alive at 25 years old.

Students who do not complete the required driving, or are otherwise not ready to receive the completion card by the end of the semester, may be able to continue working toward completion in the fall.

Sincerely,
Ms. Cook
